About the Role: DevOps Engineer (India | Cloud | Security | Fintech)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and manage a secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure for BondScanner.

As a regulated fintech platform handling real financial transactions, our infrastructure must be robust, compliant, and optimized. Your work will directly impact application reliability, deployment velocity, and security posture.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, monitoring performance, and automating everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Owning and expanding BondScanner’s cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Designing scalable architecture for the platform compute, storage, networking, and security.

• Managing Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices deployments.

CI/CD & Automation

• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable deployments.

• Automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.

• Implementing automated monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.

Security & Reliability

• Implementing best practices for security, encryption, access control, and secrets management.

• Ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Conducting periodic audits, load testing, and performance optimization.

Collaboration & Support

• Working closely with engineering teams to support deployments, debugging, and performance improvements.

• Creating documentation and playbooks for internal workflows.

What We Look For in You

• 2–6 years of DevOps/SRE experience in a SaaS or product environment.

• Strong experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and cloud-native architectures.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling.

• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Shell).

• Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

• Understanding of networking, load balancers, VPCs, firewalls, and security fundamentals.

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, trading systems, or regulated platforms.

• A mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and automation.
