About the Role: Full-Stack Developer (India | Fintech | Web Platform)

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can move fast across the stack and build critical systems powering India’s most transparent bond discovery and investing experience.

In this role, you’ll design secure backend services, build clean and responsive UIs, and work directly with product and design teams to ship meaningful features. If you enjoy owning features end-to-end and solving problems across both frontend and backend, this is the right role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining end-to-end features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

• Designing scalable backend services, writing clean API endpoints, and integrating third-party systems.

• Developing intuitive, high-performance UI screens using React/Next.js.

• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance across the entire tech stack.

• Implementing best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.

• Monitoring production systems and optimizing performance on both client and server sides.

• Owning features from concept → architecture → development → testing → deployment.

What We Look For in You

• 2–6 years of full-stack engineering experience in a product-first environment.

• Strong command over one backend language (Node.js, Go, Java, Python, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with React.js/Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms.

• Comfortable with end-to-end feature ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Good understanding of security, authentication, and web performance optimization.

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, financial products, or high-compliance systems.

• A builder’s attitude - proactive, structured, and comfortable working in an early-stage team.
