About the Role

Manage key client accounts and ensure revenue expansion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs & upsell on value

  • Coordinate onboarding & post-launch support

  • Maintain weekly account health reports

  • Build long-term strategic relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management

  • Strong customer-facing communication

  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
