Satin Finserv Limited (SFL) is a RBI-registered non-banking financial company (NBFC) incorporated on August 10, 2018, in Delhi, with Certificate of Registration N-14.03461 dated January 9, 2019. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Satin Creditcare Network Limited (SCNL), a leading microfinance institution. SFL focuses on providing business loans to individuals, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and other corporates to promote financial inclusion. The company offers tailored lending solutions, including term loans, working capital loans, and asset acquisition services. As of June 2025, SFL had an assets under management (AUM) of ₹582 crore. It aims to bridge the financial gap for economically excluded families by connecting them to mainstream banking and providing capacity-building support. SFL operates from its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana, and has expanded its geographic presence while maintaining stable profit margins through investments in technology and green finance strategies.
