BN Group is undergoing a group restructuring, wherein A1 Agri Global Limited, B.N. Agritech Limited, and Salasar Balaji Overseas Private Limited will be merging into BN Agrochem Limited. Chandhiok & Mahajan is assisted BN Group in procuring the antitrust clearance from the Competition Commission of India for the merger.
