Role Objective

To support and execute deal sourcing activities for fixed income products including corporate bonds, NCDs, PTCs, and structured debt instruments for distribution on the firm’s brokerage and OBPP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing debt investment opportunities from issuers, arrangers, NBFCs, and market intermediaries.

• Support pipeline tracking of primary and secondary bond deals.

• Conduct preliminary analysis on credit profiles, yields, tenors, and comparable market issuances.

• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, compliance, operations) for deal onboarding.

• Prepare deal summaries, investment notes, term sheets, and issuer profiles.

• Support negotiations on commercial terms under guidance from senior team members.

• Track market movements, interest rates, spreads, and investor demand trends.

Key KPIs

• Number of deals supported and successfully onboarded

• Timeliness and accuracy of deal documentation

• Conversion of sourced opportunities to live deals

• Quality of analysis and internal approval success rate

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in fixed income, credit analysis, investment banking, or capital markets

• Foundational understanding of bonds, NCDs, and debt market structures

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• High ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination ability
