About the Role

Own paid acquisition channels end-to-end. You'll optimise spends, run experiments, and scale user acquisition sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid marketing strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

• Manage budgets and optimise CAC

• Drive A/B tests across landing pages & creatives

• Report weekly on campaign performance

• Collaborate with product & design teams to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Experience managing high-budget campaigns

• Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills

• Experience working with attribution and funnel metrics

• Ability to move fast with a growth mindset
